As an employer, we bear a certain responsibility to both the society and the community we live in. We do so gladly.
We ensure that our employees can reconcile their professional and private life well together and with our occupational health management programs we support the physical and mental health of our employees.

As part of the HanseBelt Initiative we work closely together with companies from our region to raise the attractiveness of our economic region for both employers and employees.
We specifically support the next generation of employees at schools in the district Stormarn and through projects for pupils in our company.

As a global leader in the manufacture of digital cameras, we are aware of our responsibility for the environment. In light of this, we view sustainability considerations as a pillar of our corporate leadership.
