Auditors

BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Hamburg, was voted as auditor for the year 2018 at the annual general meeting on 7 May 2018.

The declaration of independence according to No 7.2.1. of the corporate governance code was sent by the BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Hamburg, in February 2018 to the Supervisory Board.
