The application process
Step 1
As soon as we receive your application, you will be sent a confirmation so that you can be sure that we have your documents.
Step 2
The relevant department receives your documents and can choose to invite you for an interview.
Step 3
During this interview, you will meet the manager from the specialist department and an employee from the HR department. Usually, this interview takes place online via video conference.
Step 4
From here, things happen quickly: after one week at the most, you will receive feedback and may be invited to a second video interview. This is when you will meet your future colleagues. Depending on circumstances and taking into account the current pandemic situation , an on-site interview may also take place.
Step 5

Does it seem strange to sign an employment contract without having seen the work location first? We can understand that. We’ll offer you the opportunity to get to know our working environment at the respective location and some Basler faces on site before signing the contract.
